Cancellation / Replacement Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us.
Before dispatch - 100% refund less any payment refund charges if any.
Post-dispatch - No Refund.
The refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours and the amount will reflect in your account within 3 to 4 working days.
Damaged / Defective:
For the product you receive, we will accept returns as follows:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a size issues, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Please contact customer service if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money.
- Return Replacement or Refund is only available for manufacturing defect, other than manufacturing defect return replacement charges will be barred by the customer.
Note: Vega reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met(Courier service/unavailability of the product). The company will ensure any applicable refund of cancellation will be made in a reasonable time.
