Shipping policy
Address Verification
Your shipping address and PIN code will be verified against Vega’s serviceability database before you proceed with payment. If your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant, or if the selected area is not covered, you will be required to provide an alternate shipping address that is serviceable by our partner/merchant.
In case of any dispute arising from non-delivery due to an area not being covered by Vega, Vega shall not be held responsible for such non-delivery.
Multiple Products & Shipments
If you place multiple orders for products and/or services in a single transaction, Vega will make reasonable efforts to ship all items together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, logistical constraints, or dispatches from different warehouses.
All products purchased in a single transaction will be shipped to one shipping address as provided by you. If you wish to deliver products to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each delivery address.
Delivery Delays & Reshipment
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned to our facility due to logistical challenges, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If the courier is unable to complete delivery and the package is returned, Vega will reship the order using an alternative courier service, subject to confirmation that the new courier can service the destination address.
Courier Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by third-party courier partners are beyond our control. However, we will actively coordinate with the courier partners to resolve and expedite such delays at the earliest possible.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order any time before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation will no longer be possible.
